Prior to being at the counseling center, she was the Executive Assistant for a Senior Pastor and managed the church office for over 7 years. Again having the opportunity to work with people and their desire to move forward in life along with assisting on the business side.

 

Hold positions in the Executive offices for the Port of Long Beach and the City Managers office has extended her skills and experience in the professional corporate world.  With over 25 years of experience in working with people on all levels of life allows her a great balance and knowledge along with a happy spirit in all she does.

 

Frances is married to her best friend and husband for 30 years and together they have successfully raised two sons.

Overseeing a staff of licensed and pre-licensed therapists and over 40 satellite locations throughout the southland, she is skilled in connecting with potiential clients who call looking for quality professional services along with understanding the importance of the business component to being successful.

Stefanie has an Associate of Applied Science Degree and specializes in Computer Science. 
 

She was trained as an IT-Specialist in Germany since 2003 and has experience working with the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg for seven years.

 

Being responsible for managing the IT team and providing services as the System Administrator, Stefanie has knowledge, skills and experience building and maintaining computer systems, websites and more.

Stefanie is also an entreprenur in having businesses such as a video editor while in Germany, and the owner of Create Better Bits providing services of installing systems with software, set up new systems for individuals and businesses, analysing and troubleshooting from personal PC to Network systems.

 

Stefanie is our WordPress, SquareSpace guru and for the last 14 years she has worked in the world of computer science and knows the ends, outs and then some and is a great assest to our team. With her attention to detail and keen eye, Stefanie creates websites that look and work in top notch quality. Her motto is..."We Create Websites People Can Find"

David Bell, MCSE, MCSA, CNE System Administrator

Thrust into the world of automation in 1988 while working as a business manager for an international company, David Bell acquired most of his expertise through "hands on experience" before obtaining his certifications. He has worked as an IT Tech since 1990.  With a business background, he brings a lot of common business sense in the use of this technology as a tool. Versed in multiple application platforms, he is primarily a networking specialist (Windows Server, Novel, WANs, etc.).

Having been employed by, “DTech Micro Consultants” since it’s conception as a Senior Consultant, (since the DOS age), he has provided IT support for a wide variety of businesses from the medical industry to retail.  The overseer of a team that provided simultaneous support for multiple (20 plus) full fledge businesses, he is no stranger to multifunction multitasking.  Catapulting a previous employer into the provision of remote technical support 24 years ago, he is a true innovator in the IT industry.   

David’s Personal Mission Statement: 

To create an actual blueprint or schematic design of how an automated work environment shall be developed.   To work closely with users in formulating their requirements based upon a collection of data. The data we collect is used in determining issues of the physical environment, equipment size and capacity, and the overall operational impact of computer usage within a given work area.

 

The actually connecting of various computer components together (i.e. printers, Servers, PCs, laptops, copier, etc.) in creating the operations of the office automated work environment. This includes installing computer systems software, preparing screen menus and loading commercial and designer applications all according to the client's specification.

 

To ensure that your equipment is protected under applied warranties and that scheduled maintenance procedures are handled in a timely manner. We can provide periodic diagnostics to all components within your environment, and schedule all maintenance and diagnostic routines based on computer utilization. Remote maintenance is also available which is a win-win for both the client and the system administrator.  With remote maintenance, there will be no need for us to travel to your location and there will be no need for you to wait for us to get there.

Emma has a natural ability to communicate with people.  She enjoys helping people and being a part of the team.  With her warm, understanding, fun spirit she is easy to talk with.

 

Emma carries a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with an emphasis in Media Studies from Azusa Pacific University and graduated with honors which included the Deans Honor List, a member of Lambda Pi Eta Honor Society, and a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success

Emma also holds an Associate’s Degree in Arts and Humanities from Coastline Community College again graduating with honors from the Deans Honor Roll and in the top twenty percent of her class.

 

Her internships throughout her college years include TED Talks, LVL Weddings and Events and Rocket Jump Studios. She has experience working with PMK*BNC, one of Los Angeles’ largest Public Relations firms, and spent years working with students ranging from ages five to fourteen.

 

Her diverse work experience allows her to expand upon her natural skills in conflict management, communication, event planning and coordinating, scheduling along with many other valuable life skills.

 

She is a vital team member for My Solution Services and adds value and quality service for our clients.  Emma is passionate about working with people, helping them achieve their goals, and with her overachieving attitude she goes above and beyond in reaching out to help them be successful!
